Co-founder & General Partner

Previously Regan co-founded fundraising data platform Dove Metrics (acquired by Messari). Prior to that, Regan was the first employee at CoinList and managed $100M’s in token launches. He also worked on GTM strategy for leading DeFi companies including Aztec, Index Coop, and Maple. Prior to CoinList, Regan worked on the venture team at AngelList.

Mike Zajko

Co-founder & General Partner

Before Lattice, Mike was the Director of Token Listings at CoinList. Prior to that, Mike worked at Meta on publisher monetization and marketing solutions. It was during this time that he first became interested in crypto and the power of onchain capital formation.

Rachel Aldrich

COO

Prior to Lattice, Rachel was an early hire on the Asset Management team at Galaxy Digital and then COO at Paqua Capital Management, a health-care focused hedge fund.

Ned Menton

Chief of Staff

Previously Ned was an Analyst at Runa Digital Assets where he conducted portfolio research and managed operations for the firm’s liquid token funds. Prior to working in crypto, Ned worked as a banking analyst in commercial and middle market credit.
